Lorenzo Scarpellini

Lorenzo Scarpellini is a PhD student at the EI Lab and IUSS Pavia. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2021 and 2023 respectively. Lorenzo’s research will address the role of financial risk hedging tools, parametric insurance in particular, in climate change adaptation and disaster risk management
