Amanda Montanaro

Amanda Montanaro is a Ph.D. candidate at the EI Lab under the STEP-CHANGE Programme, specialising in tipping points impacts and subsequent adaptation and mitigation strategies.
Her research focuses on Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) collapse and its consequences principally over Europe and Africa, with the aim of better understanding the dynamical changes in climate under AMOC collapse scenarios.
